探讨小儿散发性病毒性脑炎的临床特点及脑电图变化

摘　　要：目的本文针对小儿散发性病毒性脑炎的临床特点及脑电图变化进行探讨。方法选择2013年4月~2014年4月入院接受治疗的小儿散发性病毒性脑炎患儿160例。分别给予其不同治疗,分析治疗效果及脑电图变化。结果 160例患儿中,治愈140例,好转20例,无死亡病例。结论对于小儿散发性病毒性脑炎来讲,其预后效果良好;在诊断该疾病时,脑电图发挥重要的作用。Objective This paper was discussed the characteristics of the symptoms of pediatric sporadic viral encephalitis and eeg changes. Methods From April 2013~April 2014 select 160 cases of sporadic viral encephalitis children in our hospital. Given the different treatment, analyze the therapeutic effect and EEG changes. Results In the 160 cases,140 cases cured,20 cases got improvement,no deaths. Conclusion For the disease of children with sporadic viral encephalitis, the prognosis is good. To the diagnosis of the disease, the EEG play an important role.
