摘　　要：目的探讨支气管扩张症的内科治疗。方法对30例支气管扩张症患者临床治疗资料进行分析。结果临床治疗效果满意,咳嗽消失、未再感染22例,咳嗽明显减少、痰量比原来减少50%以上5例,无效3例。结论改善支气管的廓清能力,应用抗生素,减少炎性反应,偶尔可考虑切除局限的病变部位。Objective To explore the medical treatment of bronchiectasis. Methods To analysis the clinical data of 30 patients with bronchiectasis disease. Results The clinical effect was satisfied,cough disappeared,22 cases of infection did not infected,cough decreased significantly,sputum volume reduce more than 50% in 5 cases,ineffective in 3 patients. Conclusion To improve the bronchial expurgation of ability,to use the antibiotics in order to reduce the inflammatory reaction,occasionally can consider removing the limitations lesion site.
