摘  要:目的通过检测急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者体内晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)的水平,以探讨氧化应激与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系,以及其对预后的影响。方法入选72例急性心肌梗死(AMI)、53例不稳定性心绞痛(UA)及27例非冠心病(non-CAD)患者,分别采集静脉血标本,检测AGEs浓度,并记录6月内所有患者的病情转归情况。结果与非冠心病组对应各时间点AGEs浓度比较,AMI择期PCI组、AMI急诊PCI组及UA组均有明显升高(P<0.05)。同时发现ACS患者AGEs水平高者预后差,低者预后良好。结论 ACS患者血清AGEs浓度显著升高,AGEs是反映体内氧化应激水平较好的血清学指标,并且与病情的严重程度呈正相关,对病情转归有一定预测价值。Objective To examine the advanced glycation end products(AGEs)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and discuss the relationship between oxidative stress with the development of atherosclerosis(AS), and explore their influences to prognosis of ACS. Methods Plasma collected in 72 acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients、53 unstable angina pectoris(UA) patients and 27 non-CAD patients. AGEs levels detected by fluorescence spectroscopy. All ACS patients were followed up for six months. Results Compared with normal group(without CAD), significantly higher plasma AGEs were found in AMI UA patients(P〈0.05), and lower plasma AGEs were better in the prognosis of ACS. Conclusion The higher levels of AGEs in ACS patients showed that AGEs may be as a good marker in ACS and regarded as a indicationforthe prognosis of ACS.
