通过“三改”破解我国高校毕业生“就业难”

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业问题是当前各国面临的世界性难题,也是我国目前和今后一个时期就业工作的突出问题和重要任务。党的十八届三中全会把"促进以高校毕业生为重点的青年就业"问题作为解决四种人就业的首要就业任务。本文在例举了高校毕业就业难的现状后,分析了产生"就业难"的原因,最后提出通过三改:即一改是改革高校人才培养类型;二是改革大学生思想政治教育工作;三是改革高校毕业生到基层、边远地区就业的有关政策制度,来解决高校毕业生"就业难"问题。The difficulty in getting appropriate jobs for college graduates is a worldwide phe- nomenon and it is also an important task for career direction and guidance professionals in colleges and universities. The 18th CPC Central Committee Third Plenary Session put forward a Decision, which held that the promotion of job - hunting for college graduates is the most urgent and foremost task. This paper dwells on the status quo of the difficulties in getting jobs for college graduates, e- laborates the reasons and causes and then puts forward three reforms： first, to reform the type of talents trained by colleges and universities; second, to reform and promote the political and ideo- logical education for college students ; third, to reform and reformulate relevant policies and systems to encourage college graduates to get job in grassroots positions and in underdeveloped regions.
