摘  要:六面顶压机硬质合金顶锤的应力分析和结构优化,是提高顶锤设计寿命的重要手段之一。首先,运用有限元(FEM)分析方法和弹性力学知识,结合ANSYS有限元分析软件,计算出硬质合金顶锤的最大应力及其位置;其次,初步分析了最大应力出现在正方形顶面与41.5°小锥面相交处的原因;然后,提出了双倒角顶锤设想,并进行了仿真计算,得出了双倒角顶锤比目前顶锤更优的结论;最后,通过模拟分析不同结构参数下的最大应力,提出了结构参数优化的思路。Stress analysis and one of the important methods cemented carbide anvils were structure optimization on cemented carbide anvils of cubic apparatus is in improving design life computed by the finite F el irstly, the maximum stress and its location of ement analysis method and elastic mechanics knowledge. Secondly, the reason of the maximum stress appearing at the junction of the cone and the top surface was analyzed. Thirdly, it was concluded that double-chamfered cemented carbide anvil was better than the current one by simulation. Finally, the maximum stress in different kinds of structure parameters was analyzed, which method will give people a guidance for further optimization in this field.
