摘　　要：分析并优化了六面顶液压机主机上的钢环、垫块等零部件的生产工艺,扼要说明了压机零件的工艺与制造的新方法、新经验。通过优化零部件的生产工艺、制造工装量具和技术创新,有效地提高了产品的使用寿命,显著地降低了总成本。The optimization on producing parts of cubic press were analyzed and introduced, such as steel ring, block and so on. It is explained briefly about new methods and new experiences of manufacturing parts of hydraulic machine by means of process optimization, manufacturing tools and gauges. With technological innovation, it had improved the use life of product effectively and reduced the total cost evidently.
