论丝绸之路经济带视域下的法治新疆建设路径

摘　　要：完成党中央确定的两大历史任务,为共建"丝绸之路经济带"构建良好的发展环境,法治新疆建设肩负着重要的历史责任。推进法治新疆建设,保证全面深化改革、共建"丝绸之路经济带"、跨越式发展和长治久安事业的顺利推进,必须积极优化新疆参与"丝绸之路经济带"建设的良好法治环境,大力推进"丝绸之路经济带"共建的法治建设,强化保障与促进"丝绸之路经济带"建设的制度措施,努力为"丝绸之路经济带"共建提供和谐稳定的发展环境。地方立法应积极完善与共建"丝绸之路经济带"相适应的法规,努力使法治成为促进"丝绸之路经济带"共建的基础。The Construction of Xinjiang Legal System is of great significance for both the two great historic tasks assigned by the CPCC and the task of establishing the stable developing environment for ＂Silk Road E- conomy Zone＂. Deepening the reform in an all - round way and constructing of the ＂ Silk Road Economy Zone＂ as well as the great - leap - forward development of Xinjiang is important to the development of Xinjiang. It is up to the government to develop the Xinjiang＇s legal system construction, to offer supply for the institutional improvement and to provide stable and harmonious environment for the zone. The local legislature branches should offer the corresponding regulations for the construction of the zone.
