摘  要:利用头孢氨苄降解产物中巯基(-SH)具有还原性,建立一种间接测定头孢氨苄的新方法。根据吸光度间接计算头孢氨苄的含量。溶液中参加反应Cu(II)的量C(μg·ml^-1)和头孢氨苄含量之间存在良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.8~20μg·ml^-1,检出限为0.4μg·ml^-1。To obtain a new method to determine cefalexin by indirect photometry, based on reducibility of-SH which is the degradation product of cefalexin. Then the content of cefalexin was indirect calculated by absorbance. There was a good linear relationship between Cu(II) and cefalexin which reacted in solution. The linear range was 0.8-20μg·ml^-1 and the limit of detection was 0.4 μg·ml^-1.
