摘　　要：目的：了解手术室消毒灭菌效果，以便改进和加强手术室感染管理，预防与控制医院感染的发生。方法对2009至2012年手术室环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果进行监测，并对结果进行分析。结果2009至2012年连续四年空气的合格率为92.33%-97.33%、医务人员手的合格率为96.45%-100%、无菌物品的合格率为99.18%-100%，物体表面和灭菌器生物学的合格率均为100%。结论应加强手术室消毒灭菌工作的管理，使消毒灭菌工作做到制度化、规范化，保障外科手术安全。Objective to understand the effect of sterilization in the operating room, in order to improve and strengthen the management of the infections in operating room, to prevent and control infections. Methods the environment hygiene and effect of sterilization in the operating room were monitored from 2009 to 2012, and the results were analyzed. Results as a result, the qualified rate of air from 2009 to 2012 was 92.33%-97.33%, this rate in hands of the medical staff was 96.45%-100%, and the rate in the sterile items was 99.18%-100%, and the qualified rate of the surface of object and sterilizer biology were both 100%. Conclusion We should strengthen the management of the disinfection work in operating room, and make the disinfection work achieving institutionalization and standardization, to ensure the safety of surgery.
