摘 要:目的探讨ELISA法和QPCR法在乙型肝炎病毒检测中的效果。方法收集2012年7月至2013年1月在我院进行PCR技术HBV-DNA定量检测和ELISA法HBV-M检测的门诊及住院的乙型肝炎病毒患者或携带者309例,对比两种方法下乙型肝炎病毒的检测情况。结果ELISA法检测HBV-M的阳性率为99.0%,荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA的阳性率为61.2%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论荧光定量PCR法对于乙肝病毒的测定较酶联免疫吸附测定法更为精确,灵敏度更高,对于指导临床、确定治疗方法更加有帮助,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of ELISA and QPCR method in the detection of hepatitis B virus. Methods From July 2012 to January 2013, 309 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients with HBV or carriers of hepatitis B virus which were detected by quantitative HBV-DNA detection of PCR and HBV-M detection of ELISA were selected in our hospital. The results hepatitis B virus of detected by these two methods were compared.Results The positive rate of HBV-M detected by ELISA was 99.0% and positive rate of HBV-DNA detected by quantitative PCR was 61.2%. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).Conclusion For detection of hepatitis B virus, quantitative fluorescence PCR method is more accurate than the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, with higher sensitivity. Therefore, it is more helpful to guide and determine clinical treatment, worthy of promotion.
