摘　　要：目的探讨PICC导管在癌症患者化疗中的作用。方法观察2012年1月至2014年3月26例癌症患者行PICC穿刺置管化疗。结果26例置管成功，顺利完成化疗。结论PICC导管为癌症患者建立了良好的静脉通道，确保了化疗的顺利进行，避免了浅静脉化疗引起的静脉炎，化疗药物外渗造成的组织损伤或坏死，减轻了患者的痛苦，提高了患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the role of PICC catheter in patients with cancer treated with chemotherapy.Methods 26 cases of patients with cancer who treated with puncture by PICC catheterization for chemotherapy from January 2012 to March 2014 were observed.Results 26 patients all received successful catheterization and completed chemotherapy successfully. Conclusion PICC catheter for cancer patients can establish a good vein channel, ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy, avoid phlebitis induced by superficial vein chemotherapy and tissue damage or necrosis caused by chemotherapy drug extravasation. Also, it can reduce patients＇ pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
