机械化煤炭采制样设备故障的预见性分析

摘　　要：从采样器、物料运输机、破碎机、缩分器、样品收集器、弃料机等方面介绍了机械化煤炭采制样设备的基本组成,通过设备维修记录的建立及统计,对槽采小车及其胶带机、弃煤胶带机、破碎机、尘门储料器等维修记录档案的典型案例进行分析,阐述了采用数据与功能相结合、数据与环境相结合、数据与操作相结合的预见性分析方法,可有效实施到采制样设备的管理中,从而指导煤炭采制样的具体生产实践。From the aspects such as sampling machine,material conveyor,crusher,sample division device,sample collector and coal abandoning machine,this paper analyzed the basic composition of mechanized sampling and sample preparation equipment.Through the establishment and statistics of equipment maintenance record,the typical cases in maintenance record of groove sampling vehicle and its belt conveyor,coal abandoning belt conveyor,crusher and dust proof material storge machine were analyzed.It was demonstrated the prediction analyzing method adopting combination of data and function data and environment,data and operation could be used in the management of sampling and sample preparation equipment,and guide the production and practice of coal sampling and sample preparation.
