中药内外治法联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕

摘　　要：目的观察中药内治法和中药外治法联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取输卵管不孕的患者120例,随机分为中药治疗组和空白对照组各60例。中药治疗组患者均于月经干净3～7 d后开始采用中药口服疗法联合中药灌肠及外敷疗法,连续治疗3个月经周期。空白对照组患者不予药物治疗,自然受孕。停药后定期每3个月进行随访,了解妊娠情况、临床疗效评价标准、超声造影输卵管治疗效果、不良反应表现等。结果 2组随访妊娠结果显示,中药治疗组与空白对照组比较,妊娠率明显提高,分别为25.0%和3.33%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中药治疗组与空白对照组比较,总有效率分别为95%和38.33%,二者有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中药治疗组超声造影结果提示输卵管再通有效率81.66%,较空白对照组6.66%有明显统计学意义（P〈0.05）。中药治疗组治疗期间血常规、大便常规、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能等未见明显异常,无明显毒副作用表现。结论中药内外治法联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕,可明显提高妊娠率、临床有效率及输卵管再通有效率。Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of the combination of internal and external therapy of traditional chinese medicine on oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods 120 patients with oviduct obstructive infertility disease were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medical herb group and blank group（ 60 cases in each group）. The patients in traditional Chinese medical herb group were remedied by oral traditional Chinese medicine and Enema therapy 3- 7 days after menstruation for 3 months. The patients in blank group with oviduct obstructive infertility disease were not given any treatment. They were followed up regularly every 3 months after stopping drug. Pregnancies,evaluation standards of curative effect,therapeutic effects of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography of oviduct and adverse reactions were observed. Results Pregnancies results of the two groups showed that the pregnancy rate in Chinese medicine treatment group（ 25%） increased significantly compared with that of control group（ 3. 33%） with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; the total efficiency rates were 95%（ Chinese medicine treatment group） and 38.33%（ control group）. There was statistical significance between two groups（ P〈0. 05）; The effective rates of fallopian tube recanalization were respectively81. 66% and 6. 66%（ P〈0. 05）. There was no obvious side effect in traditional Chinese medical herb group. The routine blood tests,routine stool tests,routine urine tests,liver and renal function tests were normal in traditional Chinese medical herb group. Conclusion TCM internal and external therapy can significantly improve the pregnancy rate,clinical efficiency and fallopian tube recanalization rate.
