虫类药治疗慢性咳嗽的机制及临床运用

摘　　要：引起慢性咳嗽的常见原因有,咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA),鼻后滴漏综合征(UACS),胃食管反流(GER),嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎(EB),其他病因有血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)相关性咳嗽、感染后咳嗽(PIC)、误吸、结核、变应性咳嗽(AC)、心理性咳嗽、透析患者的咳嗽、环境/职业性咳嗽等。中医在慢性咳嗽的临床治疗中积累了颇为丰富的经验,而虫类药在治疗方面也起到了祛风解痉止咳、祛痰逐瘀通络、增强免疫力的作用,通过缓解支气管痉挛、抗过敏、扩张支气管、抗凝、抗血栓、促纤溶、促进淋巴细胞转化等作用,以解除气道挛急,通利气道,提高机体免疫力,从而达到止咳平喘的目的。The common causes of chronic cough are cough variant asthma（ CVA）,postnasal drip syndrome（ UACS）,gastroesophageal reflux（ GER）,eosinophilic bronchitis（ EB）. Other causes concerns angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ ACEI） related cough,cough after infection（ PIC）,aspiration,tuberculosis,allergic cough（ AC）,psychogenic cough,cough of dialysis patients,environment /occupation cough. TCM has unique advantages in the treatment of chronic cough. Insect drugs have the functions of expelling wind to relieve convulsion and cough,eliminating phlegm、removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,enhancing the immunity by relieving bronchial spasm,anti allergy,dilating bronchi,anticoagulant,anti thrombos is,fibrinolysis,promoting the lymphocyte transformation function to relieve airway spasm,improving immunity so as to achieve the purpose of relieving cough and asthma.
