摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训考核认证体系是实现“过程重在规范,结果体现同质”管理目标的根本途径.本研究介绍了江苏省考核认证体系,该体系由过程考核、结业考核和合格资格认证3个部分组成,并深入分析其4项主要特色与经验.最后提出建立并实施我国考核认证体系的对策与建议：建立并实施统一的培训基地认定标准与程序、培训内容与标准、师资考核与准入、结业考核资格审核标准与程序、结业考核方案与内容、合格资格认证标准与程序等.The system of assessment and accreditation for resident standardized training is the fundamental way to achieve the key management target that“process concentrates on standardization,and result shows homogeneity”.We discussed the necessity of the unified system of assessment and accreditation for resident standardized training,and briefly introduced the system in Jiangsu province.It includes process assessment,stage assessment and qualified accreditation,and its four main features and experience were analyzed.At last we put forward suggestions to establish and implement our national system of assessment and accreditation for resident standardized training.We should establish and implement following unified content：standards and procedures to identify training base,training contents and standards,teacher evaluation and access,standards and procedures of qualification evaluation of stage assessment,plan and content of stage assessment,and standards and procedures of the qualified accreditation etc.
