摘　　要：导演艺术就是将文学形象转化成舞台形象的艺术创造。本文旨在通过"文学片断改编"课程的研究,来讨论戏剧导演将小说这一现阶段世界范围内最为活跃的文学艺术形式转化为舞台艺术形象的思维和创作方法的艺术规律所在。同时,"文学片断改编"课程是中央戏剧学院导演系近年来研究、创立的一门新课程。通过近10年的教学实践,它已被证明是一门对学生体会戏剧创作规律、建立戏剧导演创作思维、掌握改编技巧等方面都行之有效的实操性课程。随着对该课程研究的不断深入以及在教学实践上的不断发展和完善,应该对其进行一次理论性的梳理和总结,这也将有助于这门新课程的推广。The art of directing is the artistic creation of transforming literary images into characters on stage.After probing into the Course of Adapting Literary Episodes,this article discusses the artistic patterns of thinking and creating of the directors when they transform images in novels,nowadays the most popular literary genre worldwide,into characters on stage.The Course of Adapting Literary Episodes is recently provided by the department of directing,Central Academy of Drama.Through almost ten years＇ practice,it is proven effective in helping the students to learn the rules of playwriting,to construct the thinking mode for directing and to master the techniques for adaptation.Based on years of teaching and refining,this article systematically introduces the history of the course,its effects in class and its significance in the undergraduate education of drama directing,as well as promotes the course to more learners.
