胰管空肠粘膜吻合技术预防胰瘘的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨胰管空肠粘膜吻合在胰十二指肠切除术中预防胰瘘的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析自2010年4月至2014年9月在安徽医科大学第三附属医院微创外科的19例采用胰管空肠粘膜吻合的胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床资料。结果 19例行胰十二指肠切除术的患者胰肠粘膜吻合的平均时间为(30±4.2)min,术后胰瘘1例,胰瘘发生率为5.26%(1/19)。结论胰管空肠吻合可降低胰瘘的发生率,且操作简单易行,值得在胰十二指肠切除术中推广应用。Objective To study the surgical management experiences of preventing pancreatic leakage. Methods The clinical data of 19 cases of pancreaticoduodenectomy using the modified technique of duct to mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy from April 2010 to September 2014 and technology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average time was 30 ± 4. 2 min for the anastomosis in the 19 cases. There were 1 case of pancreatic leakage with the incidence of 5. 26%（ 1 /19）. Conclusion The pancreaticojejunostomy can reduce incidence of pancreatic fistula and which is easy to perform and time- saving. It is worth spreading the application in duodenopancreatectomy.
