摘 要:超级电容串联储能系统的单体电压不均衡会影响超级电容的使用寿命和能量利用率。现有DC-DC电压均衡方法中所采用的传统变换器电路中开关管、电感、变压器等元器件的数量较多,拓扑结构复杂。介绍了一种基于谐振变换器的电压均衡系统,其双开关、单电感的电路结构降低了电压均衡电路拓扑结构的复杂性,提高系统可靠性并通过固定频率和占空比消除了系统的控制部分。分析了电路的均衡过程,利用推导的等效电路得出电压均衡原理。通过对3个超级电容组成的串联系统进行实验测试和仿真,结果验证了均压系统具有较高的效率。Life span and energy efficiency were influenced by the voltage imbalances of series-connected energy storage modules of supercapacitors (SCs) monomer voltage imbalance. However, the conventional topologies, in DC-DC voltage equalization approach, were consisted of numerous switches, inductor, or transformers. As compared to conventional equalizer, the circuit complexity significantly because of its double-switch single-inductor configuration could be reduced by a double-switch resonant cellequalizer using a voltage multiplier. Furthermore, operation at a fixed frequency was feasible. Feedback control could be eliminated. The fundamental operation was described. An experiment equalization test was performed for three series-connected SCs to demonstrate the equalization performance.
