摘  要:欠压脱扣器作为断路器中重要的元件之一,对欠压-分闸起着关键性作用。但一般地区的夜间线路电压往往"过压",同样严重影响设备的安全运行。如在"欠压"的基础上,扩展为"欠压-过压"一体化脱扣,可更加有效地保护下级用电设备安全。分析了现有欠压脱扣相关问题后,提出了欠压、过压脱扣器新方案。结合这种方案,就主电路、电压信号检测、单片机电路等主要问题展开了讨论。最后给出了本方案的实际效果。As one of the key components of the circuit breaker, under voltage release was a key unit in separating brake. However, in many area of the country, over voltage often occurs in line at night, which could severely affect the safety operation of the equipment. An under voltage and over voltage integral release, improved from an under voltage release, would effectively protect the safety of electric equipment. The related problems of the existing tripping operation was analyzed and a new scheme of the under voltage and over voltage integral release was put forward. With the scheme, main circuit, voltage signal detection and single-chip microcomputer circuit were discussed. The actual application of the scheme product was given at last.
