摘  要:随着科技进步,真空装备向大型化,高真空的方向发展。本文针对大型真空容器的检漏和密封设计进行了分析。当容器容积在2000 m3量级时,氦质谱检漏仪接到前级真空侧理论上能够实现反应和清除时间约10 s,检漏灵敏度约1×10-9Pa·m3/s的总装检漏。考虑到总装检漏实际实施上的不确定性和补漏困难的问题,通过密封和检漏设计,提高建造过程中的检漏水平和质量显得尤为重要。文中对焊缝检漏、大型真空法兰的密封及检漏结构、大型真空阀门的使用等进行了分析。With the advancement of science and technology, vacuum equipment development moves toward large scale and high vacuum. This paper analyzes the leak detection and sealing design of large vacuum vessels. When the vessel volume is 2000 m3, mounted at the side of the fore stage vacuum, theoretically, helium mass spectrometric leak detector could accomplish an overall leak detection having response and clear time of 10 s and leak detection sensitivity of ×10^-9Pa·m3/s. In consideration of the uncertainty in the practical application and the difficulty of leak repairing, it is more important to enhance the level of leak detection and the construction quality by means of sealing and leak detection design. The leak detection of welding seam, the sealing and leak detection structure of large vacuum flanges, the usage of large vacuum valves, etc. were analyzed.
