摘  要:通过研究C3A-Ca SO4·2H2O体系在不同分子结构的聚羧酸减水剂存在的条件下的吸附性能和水化历程,结合TOC、XRD、SEM等检测手段分析了分子结构对体系吸附性能及水化行为的影响机理。试验结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂分子结构中羧基数量增加会促进体系对减水剂的吸附;而减水剂分子结构中羟基数量增加,体系对减水剂的吸附量则会减少;而减水剂分子结构中酯基会在水化过程中水解生成羧基和羟基,改善体系的吸附和分散性能。体系对聚羧酸减水剂分子的吸附会一定程度的抑制体系水化反应。Through researching on the hydration process and hydration product of C3A-CaSO4- 2H20 system in the presence of different molecular structure polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer,additionally by using of TOC ,XRD and SEM ,the mechanism of influences of different molecular structure polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer on the adsorption properties and hydration properties was discussed. The rezults showed that,the increase of earboxyl groups in polycarboxylate molecular structure will promote the adsorption of C-A-Ca- SO4 2H:O system, but the increase of oxhydryl will restrain the adsorption of system. And ester groups in the molecular structure will hy- drolysis to generate carboxyl and hydroxyl, which can improve the absorption and dispersion properties of the system. The absorption of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer will restrain the hydration process of system.
