趋化因子MCP-1、MIP-1a在慢性骨盆疼痛综合征中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测前列腺液中MCP-1、MIP-1a水平变化,探讨前列腺液中MCP-1、MIP-1a在CP/CPPS发病中的作用。方法105例临床诊断为慢性前列腺炎患者,其中慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)35例,慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)70例,a型36例,b型34例。收集前列腺液,同时选取30例健康志愿者做正常对照,ELISA法检测MCP-1、MIP-1a的蛋白表达水平,统计分析各组前列腺液中的MCP-1、MIP-1a浓度差异。结果分析发现MCP-1、MIP-1a蛋白浓度在CPPSⅢa组和CPPSⅢb组显著高于正常组、CBP组(P<0.05)。结论患者前列腺液中MCP-1、MIP-1a水平的检测对于CP/CPPS早期诊治具有重要意义。Objective To detect the expressions of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （ MCP-1 ） and macrophage inflammatory protein-1 a （MIP-1a） in expressed prostatic secretion （EPS） and determine their significance in chronic nonbacterial prostatitis/ chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Methods We collected the EPS from 105 cases of chronic prostatitis, including 35 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis （CBP） and 70 cases of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome （CPPS） （ 36 cases of Ⅲ a, 34 cases of Ⅲb）. Another 30 healthy volunteers were included as normal controls. The levels of MCP-1 and MIP-1a in the EPS were determined by ELISA. Results The expressions of MCP-1 than that in the control and CBP group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion make early diagnosis of chronic prostatitis or CPPS. and MIP-1a in CPPS Ilia and CPPS Ⅲb were significantly higher Determination of the levels of MCP-1 and MIP-la in EPS helps to make early diagnosis of chronic prostatitis or CPPS.
