黏膜下磨削法下鼻甲成形术80例报告

摘　　要：目的观察黏膜下磨削法下鼻甲成形术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法选择慢性肥厚性鼻炎80例,在鼻内镜下采用黏膜下磨削法完成下鼻甲部分切除术。结果术后均随访2年,参考1997年海口标准:治愈72例(90%),好转8例(10%),有效率100%。结论黏膜下磨削法下鼻甲成形术既可以保留呼吸区黏膜,又可以削除肥厚的下鼻甲骨质,是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎更安全、微创和理想的方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of plasty of inferior turbinate with a debridement drill for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods Eighty cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated by submucosal partial resection of inferior turbinate with a drill under endoscopy. Results All the cases were followed up for 2 years. Referring to the Haikou standard, the cure rate was 90% （72/80） and improvement rate was 10% （8/80） , with a total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion The plasty of inferior turbinate with a debridement drill can protect the mucosa and resect the hypertrophic bone of inferior turbinate as well. It is an ideal technique with the advantages of safe and microtrauma for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
