集束化方案在预防ICU多重耐药菌感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究集束化综合方案预防多重耐药菌感染的效果,探讨有效可行的感染管理方法。方法成立多重耐药菌感染控制小组,编写多重耐药菌医院感染预防与控制手册,实施病原菌筛选,使用个性化的多重耐药菌感染防控单、专人督导检查等集束化干预措施。结果患者多重耐药菌感染发生率下降,ICU住院时间缩短(P﹤0.01)。结论在ICU实施集束化综合方案能有效降低多重耐药菌感染的发生,缩短患者ICU住院时间,有利于多重耐药菌感染的防治。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of bundle care in prevention of muhidrug - resistant organism infections in ICU, and try to find out the effective and feasible method for infection management. Methods The bundle care included setting up the multi - drug resistant bacteria infection control team, writing manual for the preparation of prevention and control of nosocomial infection, screening pathogenic bacteria, using personalized infection control forms, and checking by specially assigned persons. Results The incidence of multidrug - resistant organism infection, the length of staying in ICU of patients in the experi- mental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 O. O l ）. Conclusion The implementation of bundle care in ICU can effectively reduce the incidence of muhidrug - resistant organism infection, shorten the length of patient stay in ICU.
