耳穴贴压对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴贴压对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法将200例胃癌手术患者分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组采用常规治疗护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上对患者采取耳穴贴压。观察患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间及血浆血管活性肠肽含量。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间、术后腹胀发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组术后3d血浆血管活性肠肽高于对照组(P<0.05),且无过敏、皮肤损伤等并发症发生。结论耳穴贴压有助于促进胃癌术后患者肠蠕动的恢复,并减少术后腹胀的发生率,利于患者早日康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of auricular pressure therapy on gastrointestinal function recovery after surgery in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Totally,200 postoperative gastric cancer patients were recruited and divided into the experiment group and the control group, each with 100 eases. Patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing, while the experiment group received auricular pressure therapy besides routine treatment and nursing. Time of bowel sound appearance, anal exhaust, and defecate after surgery and plasma concentration of Vasoactive intestinal Peptide （VIP） at the third day after surgery were observed. Results Time of bowel sound appearance, anal exhaust, defecate after surgery, stay of length, and incidence of postoperative abdominal distentionin in the experiment group were shorter or lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Plasma concentration of Vasoactive in- testinal Peptide （VIP） at the third day after surgery in the experiment group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Auricular pres- sure therapy can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal distentionin, promote patients＂ recovery.
