摘　　要：目的为胰岛素泵治疗提供便捷工具,满足临床需要。方法全面分析临床操作困惑和糖尿病指南要求,不断设计改进。结果以图示的方式外显指南的管理流程和要求,公开医疗信息,形成统一的计划执行图表。结论该套公示图表工具简便易行,可用于临床治疗、质量控制、业务培训和患者教育,保障糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗的质量和安全。Objective To provide a convenient tool for insulin pump therapy so as to meet the clinical needs. Methods The clinical operation confusion and requirements of the guidelines for diabetes are analyzed comprehensively for improving the design constantly. Results The management processes and requirements of the guidelines for diabetes are showed by chart, the medical information is made to the public, and the unified plan execution chart is formed. Conclusion This set of publicly showed chart tool is simple and easy to operate. It can be used for clinical treatment, quality control, occupation training and patients＇ education so as to ensure the quality and safety of insulin pump therapy for diabetes.
