桂枝甘草汤的药理作用与临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：桂枝甘草汤源于医圣张仲景的《伤寒论》,具有温通心阳功效,临床辩证属于心阳虚证候,均能以该方加减使用。本文就桂枝甘草汤药理研究与临床应用近20年的文献报道进行回顾、归纳,发现其药理研究与应用主要集中在心血管系统方面,与之传统功效、应用相符,但关于该方心血管系统的药理研究尚存在不足,且桂枝甘草汤的剂量与配伍比例亦是困扰临床应用的一个问题。为进一步提高该方的临床应用价值,建议可加强其心血管药理作用与剂量、桂枝甘草配伍比例的相关性研究,并拓展其药理基础研究范围。Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction which recorded in Treatise on febrile Disease written by Zhang zhongjing,has the function of warming heart Yang.It is used to improve the syndrome of defi ciency of heart-YANG by adding or subtracting drugs according to the clinical dialectic.In this paper,the literatures about pharmacological research and clinical application of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction in recent 20 years are reviewed,and it is found that the pharmacological research and application are mainly focused on cardiovascular system which is consisted with its traditional effi cacy are application.But the pharmacological studies of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction on cardiovascular system were not enough,and the dosage of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae Decoction is also a problem in clinical application.In order to further improve its clinical application,it is suggested that the correlation studies between its cardiovascular pharmacological effects and dosage,compatibility proportions of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Glycyrrhizae should be strengthened,and the scope of pharmacological basis research should be expanded.
