保障性住房建设与城市民族交往氛围营造研究——以福建省“和谐人居”为例

摘　　要：以福建省为例，在分析保障性住房“和谐人居”建设与城市民族交往氛围营造现状基础上，提出了我国建设保障性住房应考虑营造民族交往氛围的必要性，并提供了具体的技术和管理策略以及实施的步骤，旨在为政府构建社会各阶层和各民族的和谐进步提供决策参考。Based on analysing the present situation of the indemnificatory housing construction and urban ethnic interaction atmosphere building, this paper takes ＂Harmonious Housing Mode＂ in Fujian Province as an example, puts forward the necessity of creating the urban ethnic interaction atmosphere while building the indemnificatory housings , then provides the workable strategies of technology and management as well as the implementation steps, so as to offer the decision-making reference for the government in building the social strata harmoniously and making all ethnic groups progressively.
