摘 要:通过纳米SiO2颗粒表面的-OH在硝酸铈铵作用下形成自由基引发聚丙烯腈(PAN)水解后在其分子主链上产生成的-C=C-进行自由基接枝反应,制备了不同粒径纳米SiO2接枝丙烯腈聚合物(PAN-g-SiO),IR2和EDS分析表明纳米SiO2接枝在PAN分子链上。进一步研究了PAN-g-SiO2对PES超滤膜亲水性的影响。静态接触角实验和纯水通量实验结果表明,PAN-g-SiO2聚合物的加入明显地降低了PES超滤膜的亲水角,提高了水通量。The-OH groups on the surface of SiO2 nanoparticles produced free radicals with the catalysis of ammonium cerium nitrate, and then the free radicals grafted with-C=C-groups which were from the main chains of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and formed by the hydrolyzation, thus the nano PAN-g-SiO2 grafting polymers with various grain sizes were prepared. The IR and EDS analysis confirmed that the SiO2 did graft with PAN. The effects of PAN-g-SiO2 on the hydrophily of PES ultrafiltration membranes were investigated. The static contact angle and pure water flux test results indicated that the addition of PAN-g-SiO2 obvious decreased the static contact angle of PES uhrafihration membranes and the pure water flux in- creased with the decrease of nano SiO2 particle size.
