Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration bile duct suture since shedding biliary stents in treatment of choledocholithiasis. Methods 50 patients with choledocholithiasis treated in our hospital From January 2011 to August 2014 were selected,20 patients(treatment group) were taken with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration bile duct suture since shedding biliary stents,30 cases(control group) were taken with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and endoscopic sphincterotomy. The operation time, length of hospital stay, hospital charges and complications of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of treatment group was longer than that of control group, the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The length of hospital stay, hospital charges and complications of two groups had no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration bile duct suture since shedding biliary stents has higher surgical success rate, less complications, and is worth promoting in clinic.
