摘  要:目的完善消毒供应中心规范化管理,向临床科室靠拢,进一步提升为临床服务的理念,提高工作质量。方法早晨上班后,开始工作前十分钟,召集科室全体人员在会议室召开早交会,主要内容为回收组、去污组、包装组、消毒组及下送组分别汇报前一日工作量及工作中需要各组配合和注意的问题,护士长总结并安排当日工作。结果早交会顺利实施后,各组的联系更加密切,差错事故发生概率降低到0.2%,临床满意增加到98%。结论消毒供应中心实施早交会后,既完善了科室管理,减少了漏洞发生概率,也使科室人员之间的关系更加密切,同时也拉近了与临床科室的距离,提高了工作质量。Objective To perfect the standardized management of sterilization and supply center,close up to clinical departments,further improve the concept of clinical services,and boost the quality of work. Methods All staff in the department were called for handover meeting in the morning at 10 minutes before starting to work.The main contents included workload the day before and issues needed cooperation or attention from other departments by recycle group,decontamination group,packaging group,sterilization group,and dispatching group.Besides,the head nurse summarized and arranged work on that day. Results After implementation of handover meeting in the morning,the contact among each group became closer.The incidence of working errors reduced to 0.2% and the clinical satisfaction reached up to 98%.Conclusion After carrying out handover meeting in the morning in sterilization and supply center,management in the department become more complete.The incidence of errors reduces,the relationship between staff in the department gets close,and the distance between clinical departments and the center shortens,and quality of work improves.
