摘　　要：自2006年我国第一版《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB 50378)(以下简称标准)颁布实施以来,已有逾800个项目通过评价获得星级标示,2011年住房和城乡建设部启动标准新版本的修订工作,新版本标准对绿色建筑提出了更广泛、更严格的要求。同时,各地绿色建筑行动方案的实施要求普通设计师快速掌握绿色建筑设计能力,而我国软件市场上尚没有一套成熟的可以帮助设计人员独立完成新国标下绿色建筑设计的软件产品,论文将重点从软件框架、主体功能、数据接口、计算能力等几个方面进行研究,讨论新国标下绿色建筑设计软件的实现技术。Since the first edition of 〈Evaluation Standard for Green Building〉 was issued in 2006, over 800 projects nave usea tins standard to reach a certain star-level. In the year of 2011, MOHURD start the standard revision and the updated version proposed a more widely, more stringent requirements for green buildings. Meanwhile, the implementation of local action plan for green buildings requires the general designerto quicklybui!t up their green design ability. However, there is still no mature software product that could help designers to finish the green design on their own. This paper will focus on software framework, main functions, data interface, computing ability, research the realization technology of green building software based on the updated standard.
