电刺激治疗妇科手术后尿潴留的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨电刺激疗法对妇科手术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法对2010年8月至2013年2月甘肃省妇幼保健院妇科手术后尿潴留的患者55例,采用PHENIX神经肌肉治疗仪进行电刺激治疗,治疗3次、5次后分别用B超监测膀胱残余尿量并与治疗前进行比较,观察其治疗效果。结果 55例患者经3次、5次电刺激治疗后,膀胱残余尿与治疗前相比有显著性差异(t=-2.762,P<0.01)。治疗后有效53例,无效2例,总有效率为96.4%。治疗后1个月随访无复发。结论电刺激可有效治疗妇科手术后尿潴留。Objective To study the clinical effect of electrical stimulation therapy on urinary retention after gynecological surgery.Methods From August 2010 to February 2013, 55 patients with urinary retention after gynecological surgery received electrical stimulation treatment by PHENIX neuromuscular instrument in Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-care Hospital.After treatment for 3 times and 5 times, bladder residual urine volume was measured by B-ultrasound and compared with that before treatment.The curative effect was observed. Results After electrical stimulation treatment for 3 times and 5 times, there were significant differences in bladder residual urine volume before and after treatment （t=-2.762, P〈0.01）.It was effective in 53 cases and invalid in 2 cases.The total effective rate was 96.4%.No recurrence was found at follow-up one month after treatment.Conclusion Electrical stimulation is an effective treatment for urinary retention after gynecological surgery.
