摘　　要：目的：探讨消毒供应中心（ CSSD ）为手术室、病房、门诊推行优质护理服务的管理方法及效果。方法随机选取2013年1至12月于我院进行手术治疗的患者1000例，其中未采用优质护理457例设为对照组，另543例采用优质护理患者设为观察组。比较两组患者术后切口感染率，同时对各科室113名医护工作者开展优质护理前后满意程度进行调查。结果对照组切口感染率明显高于观察组，实施优质护理服务模式后，各科室对 CSSD 服务满意度明显提高，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论CSSD优质护理和一体化管理能够降低患者感染率，提高各科室医护人员对CSSD的满意度。同时，一体化操作更能节省人力、物力和时间，为各项治疗和手术质量提高提供保障。Objective To investigate the high quality nursing service effect and management methods for operation room , each ward and outpatient of the central sterile supply department （ CSSD） .Methods The method were analyzed retrospectively .From January to December of 2013 , 1 000 patients were selected randomly , 457 cases of not using high quality nursing were divided into the control group , another 543 cases of high quality nursing care were divided into the observation group .The incision infection rates of the two groups were ob-served and degree of satisfaction of 113 medical staff of high-quality nursing before and after was investigated .Results The incision infec-tion rates of control group was higher than that of observation group.Degree of satisfaction after implementation high quality nursing was sig-nificantly improved （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions High quality of nursing in CSSD and the integrated management can reduce the infection rate of patients, improve the efficiency of nursing staff , at the same time, integration operation can save manpower , material resources and time, and can provide protection for the treatment and improve the quality of operation.
