摘  要:某潮间带风电场工程风机平台采用了高平台组合设计方案。整个高平台的设计由风机基础与风机安装平台组成,考虑了永久工程和临时工程相结合,一方面保护风机基础,利于陆上施工,另一方面考虑风机安装施工的要求。因为有风机安装平台,风机安装可采用陆上设备施工,平台完成后,可以保证风机基础施工基本不受潮汐影响,变海上施工为陆上施工。风机平台以大型充填砂袋填筑,堤顶设防浪墙,堤底以块石护底,护面采用栅栏板,并用块石棱体及大方块压脚。平台与邻近路堤及平台端部采用圆弧段抛石形式,加强了消浪作用,更节省了宝贵的海洋空间。工程中根据吹填袋不同部位特点采用不同材料,更加合理。Combining scheme high platform is adopted for fan installation platform of wind power station. The platform shall be constructed with large sand bags while wave wall and rock block protection shall be provided on dam top and bottom respectively. The dam surface to be protected by fence slab and rock block/large size square blocks is proposed to provide additional pressure at dam toe. Combination of permanent and temporary works has been taken into consideration in design. The platform can provide protection for fan foundation to facilitate the construction on land while the construction requirement of fan hoisting is taken into consideration. At the junction between platform and access road and ends of platform, rock riprap in circular form, which can enhance the wave dissipation while save valuable space, is adopted. In view of the character in different portions, the material appropriate to the character is adopted for differem portions and this proposalis more reasonable.
