摘　　要：裴正学教授认为中风有内外之分,脉络空虚,风邪入中为外因;肝阳上亢,肝风内动,风火相煽,痰浊阻络为内因。中风后期,脏腑虚损,出现肾阳亏虚,气虚血瘀,脑络痹阻的病机特点。多为本虚标实,上盛下虚。本虚为肾阳亏虚,气虚血瘀;标实为肝风内动,风火相煽,痰瘀阻络,气血逆乱。裴教授补虚泻实,标本兼治,常用地黄饮子、冠心二号、补阳还五汤、汉三七、水蛭治疗肾阳亏虚,瘀血阻络之脑中风,效果显著。并附一例病案以阐述机理。Professor PeiZhengXue think stroke etiology and pathogenesis of inside and outside, veins empty, as the external cause, in the wind into the essence of liver Yang, in the autumn zephyrlily move, wind fire fans, phlegm turbidity resistance collaterals for internal cause.
