摘　　要：小儿肺常不足,易感外邪,致邪犯肺卫;小儿脾常虚,脾失健运则痰浊内生,故咳嗽与肺脾二脏关系密切。黄俊玉结合小儿体质特点,善于扶正祛邪,肺脾同治,辨证应用宣肺解表祛邪、补脾益肺除痰、利咽等法,将活血化瘀法应用于咳嗽治疗的始终,提纲挈领,执简驭繁,疗效显著,值得推广。Children with pulmonary insufficiency, often susceptible invaded, evil committed to lung health; Children with spleen deficiency, often spleen loss of health is endogenous phlegm, cough with close ties to the lung, spleen and 2.
