生肌散促进乳腺脓肿切开引流术后切口愈合随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察生肌散促进乳腺脓肿切开引流术后切口愈合。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将52例住院患者按抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组26例康复新液,10mL/次,1次/d,常规碘伏消毒后,外敷切口。治疗组26例生肌散粉,常规碘伏消毒后,敷于切口疮面,平铺厚5mm,乳罩固定,1次/d。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、切口愈合、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效3例,有效1例,无效2例,总有效率92.30%。对照组痊愈14例,显效3例,有效2例,无效7例,总有效率73.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]生肌散促进乳腺脓肿切开引流术后切口愈合,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of the shengji powder healing wounds after the breast abscess incision drainage. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled methods, 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases in the control group, after being performed with iodophor, using gauze dressing only ; 26 cases in the treatment group, after being performed with iodophor, using shengji powder dressing, tiling 5mm, fixed by bra, once a day. One course of treatment was 2 weeks, observe the changes of clinical symptoms, the rate of wound healing, untoward effect and clinical effects were observed after one course of treatment. [ Result ] The treatment group showed 20 cure cases, 3 markedly effective cases, 1 improved cases and 2 ineffective cases, the total effective rate reaching 92.30%, When come to control group, the dates were 14, 3, 2, 7 respectively, and the total effective rate was 73.00% . [ Conclusion ] This indicates that shengji powder has better curative effect for healing wounds after the breast abscess incision drainage, with no side effects and worth spreading.
