滋阴通络汤治疗中风后遗症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察滋阴通络汤治疗中风后遗症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组42例血栓通和神经节苷脂;戒酒戒烟,保持心情舒畅;合理安排饮食,忌辛辣、油腻、生冷等刺激性食物,并进行相应语言、肢体等功能恢复性训练。治疗组42例滋阴通络汤(知母、黄柏各15g,希莶草50g,龟板、鳖甲各15g,生地30g,芍药24g,当归、石菖蒲、石斛、肉苁蓉、麦冬、地龙、茯苓各15g,水蛭10g,远志8g;口眼歪斜加僵蚕、全蝎、白附子;下肢瘫痪加蜈蚣、川牛角;上肢瘫痪加姜黄、桑枝;冠心病加全瓜蒌、丹参;高血脂加山楂、瓜蒌;高血压加钩藤、石决明、龟板;大便秘结加芒硝、大黄;阳虚加官桂、炮附子),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效11例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率95.24%。对照组痊愈12例,显效8例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率71.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]滋阴通络汤治疗中风后遗症效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe ziyin Tongluo soup treating stroke sequela curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 84 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. The control group, 42 cases of conventional western medicine methods according to actual condition to give the thrombus treatment and ganglion glycosides limb. To give up smoking, drinking keep feel better. Reasonable arrangement of diet, avoid spicy, greasy, cold and stimulating food, accordingly, body language and so on function rehabilitation programme. Treatment group 42 cases of ziyin t2dm soup （Zhimu, Huangbai each 15g, XixiancaoS0g, Guiban, Biejia each 15 g, Shengdi 30g, Shaoyao 24 g, Dangui, Shichangpu, Shihu, Roucongrong, Maidong, Dilong, Fuling each 15g, Shuizhil0g, Yuanzhi 8g ; mouth eye askew and Jiangcan, Quanxie, Baifuzi ; lower limb paralysis and Wugong, Chuanniujiao ; upper limb paralysis and Jianghuang, Sangzhi; coronary heart disease （ CHD ） with whole Quangualou, Danshen, hyperlipidemia and Shanzha, Gualou; high blood pressure and Gouteng, Shijueming, Guiban, constipation and Mangxiao, Dahuang, Yang deficiency JiaGuangui, Paofuzi ）, l/d, and 200 ml water, oral sooner or later. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] in treatment group recovered 23 cases, 11 cases had marked effect, 8 cases, 2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.24%. Control group 12 cases recovered, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective 10 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 71.43%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] T2dm soup treating stroke sequela ziyin effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
