吴继昆“洗、按、补”三联疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎214例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察吴继昆"洗、按、补"三联疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对214例住院患者"洗、按、补"三联疗法,洗:活血健体方(三棱、莪术各30g,红花15g,川穹10g,归尾15g,伸筋草30g,桑寄生、独活、防风各15g,苍术30g,赤芍10g,骨碎补、桂枝各15g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,熏洗双下肢及膝关节。按:中医推拿手法治疗骨性关节炎,循经取膝眼,委中,阿是穴,上述操作,30min/次,2d/次。补:玻璃酸钠,2.5mL/次,7d/次,关节腔注射;氨基葡萄糖,628mg/次,2次/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效152膝,有效105膝,进步23膝,无效29膝,总有效率90.61%。[结论]吴继昆"洗、按、补"三联疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the ＂wash, press, fill＂ triple therapy treatment of knee osteoarthritis treatment. [ Methods ] 214 cases of hospitalized patients, ＂ wash, press, flil＂ triple therapy, Wash：blood fitness square,（Sanleng, E＇ zhu each 30g, Honghua 15g, Chuanqiong 10g, Guiwei 15g, Shenjincao 30g, Sangjisheng, Duhuo, Fangfeng each 15g, Cangshu 30g, Chishao 10g, Gusuibu, Guizhi each 15g）, 1 does/ d, decoction 500mL, Fumigation lower limbs and knee ; press ： Chinese medicine treatment of bone and joint manipulation inflammation, take a knee meridian eyes, Venezuela, Ashi, the above operation, 30min / second, 1 / 2d; complement： sodium hyaluronate, 2.5mL / second, 1 / 7d, intra-articular injection ; glucosamine capsules, 628mg / times, 2 times / d, orally. 14d is a continuous course of treatment . Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy . [ Results ] 152 cases markedly effective 105 eases, progress in 23 cases, 29 eases, the total efficiency of 90.61 （ 280 / 309 ） . [ Conclusion ] ＂Wash, press, make ＂ triple therapy for osteoarthritis of the knee effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
