甘海胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察甘海胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将214例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组118例胃复春,1.436g/次,3次/d。治疗组118例甘海胃康,2.4g/次,3次/d。观测临床症状、症状积分、X线钡餐造影、胃镜、不良反应。连续治疗90d为1疗程。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈11例,有效96例,无效11例,总有效率90.68%。对照组痊愈12例,有效71例,无效13例,总有效率86.46%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]甘海胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe GanHai stomach kang capsule for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 214 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Control group, 118 cases of stomach after spring, 1.436 g/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group 118 examples GanHai gastric kang capsule, 2.4 g/time, 3 times/ d. Observation of clinical symptoms, symptom integral, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 90 d to 1 course of treatment. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] in treatment group recovered 11 cases, 96 cases, 11 cases, total effective rate was 90.68%. The control group, 12 cases recovered effectively in 71 cases, 13 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 86.46%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Symptoms integral in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] GanHai stomach kang capsule for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
