香味定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察香味定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将46例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组23例孟鲁司特钠,8mg/次,1次/d,睡前口服。治疗组23例香味定喘汤(沉香10g,五味子15g,蛤蚧10g,苏子20g,法半夏、麻黄炙、杏仁各10g,党参、黄芪各20g,茯苓15g,丹参、瓜蒌仁各20g,薤白、黄芩各10g,桑白皮15g,鱼腥草20g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,1次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、哮喘、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率91.30%。对照组显效14例,有效4例,无效5例,总有效率78.26%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]香味定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the scent Dingchuantang efficacy of treatment of bronchial asthma. Treatment group 23 cases scent Dingchuantang （Chenxiang10g, Wuweizi15g, Hajie10g, Suzi 20g, Fabanxia, Mahuang, Xingren10g, Dangshen, Huangqi20g, Fuling15g, Danshen, Gualouren20g, Xiebai, Huangqil0g, Sangbaipi 15g, Yuxingcao 20g）, 1/d, decoction 200mL, 1 times / d. 15d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of elinical symptoms and adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] treatment group 19 cases, 2 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 91.30%. Control group, 14 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, five cases, the total efficiency of 78.26%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Fragrance Dingchuantang treatment of bronchial asthma effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
