辨证分型治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期122例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将122例住院患者辨证分型治疗;肝肾阴虚补肾解毒汤;风痰火亢化痰解毒汤;痰热腑实清热凉血方;风火上扰补阳还五汤;痰湿蒙神脑血康口服液,10mL/次,1次/d;风痰瘀阻活血化瘀汤,1剂/d,水煎200mL,1次/d;气虚血瘀复方丹参片,0.96g/次,3次/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床控制42例,显效41例,有效21例,无效18例,恶化0例,总有效率85.25%。[结论]辨证分型治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe Syndromes efficacy of treatment of ischemic stroke recovery. [ Methods ] Method using a prospective design, the 122 cases of hospitalized patients Differential Diagnosis and Treatment. Kidney and liver and kidney detoxification soup party election, the wind pyrophlegm Kang, phlegm organs fact , Wind ＆ Fire on the interference with BYHWD phlegm God with Naoxuekang oral, 10mL/times, wind phlegm election huoxuehuayutang, 1/d, decoction 200mL, 1 times/d. QDBS using Danshen tablets, 0.96g / time, 3 times/d. 14d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Basically cured 42 cases, effective in 41 cases, effective in 21 cases, 18cases, worsening 0 cases, the total efficiency of 85.25%. [ Conclusion ] Syndromes treatment of ischemic stroke recovery effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
