摘　　要：半身汗出作为汗出的特殊类型,以往医家多认为其为偏瘫之前兆,以不汗出为病侧。实则不尽如此,半身汗出可见于临床多种疾病,如糖尿病、甲亢、结核、植物神经功能紊乱等,表现多样,汗出可见于上、下半身,左、右半身,可有一侧汗出增多,一侧汗出正常或是少汗,亦见一侧汗出减少或无汗,另一侧正常。病机亦有虚实不同,实者可见湿热之邪熏蒸,热邪迫津外泄,或有形实邪阻滞,汗路痹阻,或邪气阻于少阳,少阳枢机不利,气血失和。虚者责之于气血亏虚,或阳气亏虚,气血不能周流全身,或阴虚火旺,虚火迫津外泄。病机总属营卫失和,气血不能周流全身,津液外泄失调。治疗应谨守病机,辨证施治,湿热为患予以清利湿热,通利气机;邪阻气滞予以疏肝理气,调和气血;气血虚弱予以补益气血;阳气亏虚予以温阳调营;阴虚内热予以滋阴清热。As a special type of abnormal sweating, Hemi- Body Perspiration has been considered as a sign of hemiplegia by many physicians. In actual fact, it can be found in a variety of clinical disorders such as diabetes mellitus,hyperthyroidism,tuberculosis,vegetative nerve functional disturbance. It＇s diverse clinical manifestations can be expressed as sweeting only the upper part or the low part of the body, one side of the body sweating more while the other side of sweating normal or less. One side of the body little sweating or sweating free is also can be easily found. Pathogenesis can be divided into excessive syndrome and deficiency syndrome. The excessive syndrome includes retention and fumigation of damp-heat, Leakage of pathogenio heart force body fluid,block of stasis and pathogen,dysfunction of SHAO YANG; deficiency of qi and blood. Yang deficiency and yin deficiency with internal heat belong to the scope of deficiency syndrome. In short the main pathogenesis is that disharmony of ying-wei leads qi and blood cannot pass through the body and body fluid transport disorder.The main treatment principle is cautiously grasping pathogenesis and diagnosis and treating based on overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇ s condition. Elimination dampness and heat, balance the activities of qi can be used in those fumed by damp-heat ; relieving the depressed liver and regulating qi-blood is most useful for those blocked patient; the most useful method for those deficiency of qi and blood is invigorating qi and blood; keep ying and wei balance can be used for those yang deficiency and nourishing yin and clearing heat is the main treatment for those yin deficiency with internal heat.
