辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性肾盂肾炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性肾盂肾炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例抗菌:头孢呋圬,0.5g/次,3次/d;头孢噻甲羧肟,0.6g/次,3次/d;若抗菌法无效,氟哌酸,0.2g/次,2次/d,睡前口服。治疗组34例辨证分型:肾虚湿热:清热补肾(山药、生地、黄柏、山萸肉、茯苓、丹皮、滑石各15g,车前子、牛膝各30g),1剂/d,浓煎100mL,早晚口服;脾肾两虚:补肾健脾(莲子、菟丝子、巴戟天、肉苁蓉、泽泻各15g,山药、茯苓、生地各20g,枸杞子、五味子各30g),1剂/d,水煎两次后取汁300mL,早晚温服;血瘀气滞:活血行气方(牛膝、穿山甲、石韦、王不留行、冬葵子、柴胡、川楝子、栀子、丹皮、当归、赤芍、沉香各15g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿常规、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率88.24%。对照组痊愈13例,有效7例,无效14例,总有效率58.82%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性肾盂肾炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe Syndromes combined western medicine treatment of chronic pyelonephritis efficacy. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 68 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups balloting method is simple. Antimicrobial control group of 34 patients： eefuroxime masonry, 0.5g/time, 3 times/d. Cefotaxime carboxymethyl oxime, 0.6g / time, 3 times / d. If antibacterial law invalid, try antibacterial therapy： norfloxacin, 0.2g/times, 2 times/d, orally at bedtime. Treatment group, 34 patients Syndromes. Kidney damp-heat ： heat kidney Act （ Shanyao, Shengdi, Huangbai, Shanyurou, Fuling, Danpi, Huahsieach 15g, Cheqianzi, Niuxi30g）, l/d, thick fried 100mL, sooner or later orally. Blood stasis and qi stagnation： blood gas line side （Niuxi, Chuanshanjia, Shiwei, Wangbuliuxing, Dongkuizi, Chaihu, Chuanjizi, Zhizi, Danpi, Danggui, Chishao, Chenxiang each 15g）, 1/d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally. Western medicine with the control group. 14d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 23 cases, 7 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 88.24%. The control group healed in 13 cases, effective in 7 cases, 14 cases, the total efficiency 58.82%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Syndrome type medicine treatment of chronic pyelonephritis combined effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
