调和阴阳针法联合vitB_1治疗周围性面瘫39例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察调和阴阳针法联合vitB1治疗周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对39例住院患者使用1调和阴阳针法（百会及双侧风池、合谷、足三里、太冲）,百会毫针斜刺、余穴直刺,刺入0.5-1.5寸,行平补平泻手法,患者稍有针感为宜,留针30min,1次/d。2vitB1 10mg,3次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈28例,显效7例,有效4例,无效0例,总显效率89.84%。[结论]调和阴阳针法联合vitB1治疗周围性面瘫,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of Regulating Yin and Yang Acupuncture combined with vitB 1 treating facial paralysis. [ Methods ] By randomized parallel-group, treats 39 inpatints with （1） Regulating Yin and Yang Acupuncture （ selecting baihui and both fengchi, hegu, zusanli, taichong ）, baiihui obliquely needled, other acupuncture points strightly needled, needling 0.5-1.5cun, either reinforcing or reducing, better slightly having the needle feeling, staying 30 rain, once a day. （2） vit BllOmg oral three times a day. Continuely remedying 7 days as a period of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuely treat four courses of treatment to judge the efficacy. [ Results ] 28 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 0 cases were invalid, the total markedly efficiency of 89.84%. [ Conclusion ] Facial paralysis treated by Regulating Yin and Yang Acupuncture combined with vitB 1 Treating Facial Paralysis has a preferable effective, no side effect and worth extending.
