摘　　要：银黄降氮汤(大黄、金银花、黄芪、丹参、牡蛎、蒲公英各20g,紫花地丁、槐米各10g),健脾益肾扶正为主,兼以利湿祛瘀泻浊,畅达三焦,健脾益肾,通腑泻浊,攻补兼施,补而不滞,泻而不伤正;推陈致新,活血化瘀,通畅脉络,灌肠给药,吸收效果更好,可减轻肾脏损伤,保护肾功能,为慢性肾衰提供新的治疗提供了新的方法。Yinhuangjiangdan compound （rhubarb, honeysuckle, astragalus membranaceus, salvia mihiorrhiza, oysters, dandelion each 20g, herba violae, sophora japonica each 10g）, takes invigorating the spleen and benefiting the kidney of strengthenging the vital qi as major method, assisting by resolving the turbidness and removing the stasis of eliminating the evil qi, clearing and regulating the tri-jiao, removing stasis and dampness, clearing no vital energy. This method is a new way to activate microcirculation and remove stasis medicinal herbs, keep channels open, treat by rectal administration. The compound can be absorbed better by body. It can relieve kidney damage, protect renal function, a new method to treat chronic renal failure.
