地奈德乳膏的两种外用方法治疗局限性神经性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察地奈德乳膏的两种外用方法治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床疗效.方法 将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组外用地奈德乳膏外涂患处后包扎封闭12 h,对照组仅外涂地奈德乳膏于患处,疗程均为2周,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗组治愈率（60.00％）和有效率（91.67％）均显著优于对照组（36.67％和76.67％）,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组2例、对照组1例出现局部灼热、红斑,停药后自行消失.疗程结束后第8周复诊,治疗组复发率为20.00％,低于对照组的40.00％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 地奈德乳膏外涂患处并包扎封闭12 h治疗局限性神经性皮炎疗效显著优于仅外涂者.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of two different ways of desonide cream on circumscribed neurodermatitis.Methods One hundred and twenty circumscribed neurodermatitis patients were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in treatment group were treated with desonide cream coated with the affected area after dressing closed 12 h.Patients in control group were treated with desonide cream to the affected part only.The treatment course in both groups were 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy of two different treatment methods after 2 weeks were compared.Results The cure rate of the treatment group （60.00％） and efficiency （91.67％） were significantly better than those in control group （36.67％ and 76.67％）,the differences were significant （P ＜0.05）.Two cases in treatment group and one case in control group presented partial heat and redness during the therapy,and the symptoms were disappeared after withdrawal of all treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the recurrence rate in treatment group（20.00％） was lower than that in control group （40.00％）,the difference between the two groups was significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The effect of desonide cream coated outside the affected area combine bandaging closed 12 h on circumscribed neurodermatitis is better than that only coated.
