摘　　要：容克式空气预热器是大中型电站锅炉上广泛采用的尾部换热设备，漏风率高是该类设备常见故障。本文对漏风原因进行分析，提出密封间隙调整和加强吹灰治理等对策，从而有效降低空预器漏风率。Juncker type air preheater is widely used in large and medium-sized power plant boiler taft on the heat exchange equipment, high air leakage is a common fault of this kind of equipment. This paper analyzes on the reasons of air leakage, seal gap adjustment and put forward countermeasures such as strengthening soot governance, so as to effectively reduce the air leakage rate.
