中美高职高专图书馆行业组织的比较研究

摘　　要：和美国社区和专科学院图书馆分部相比较,我国高职高专图书馆行业组织目前尚处于多头管理、纵向不畅的局面。委员组成以外行为多,参与行业活动人员多为图书馆领导,行业组织缺乏对一个问题长久和具体的探究,图书馆的职业性无法体现。我国高职高专图书馆行业组织没有利用行政化优势影响决策,未来应依赖学术性研究成果在业内外传播和普及图书馆学的职业常识。Compared with the Community and Junior College Library Section in America, sub-committees of three-year college libraries in China are in the situation of the multiple management so that they can＇t be integrated as a whole at present. Most committee members are laymen, participants of industrial activities are mainly library leaders, the industry organization lacks the long and concrete inquiry into one problem,and the occupational characteristic of the library is not be embodied. The library industry organization of sub-committees of three-year college libraries in China dose not make use of the administrative advantage to influence the decision, should depend on academic research results to propagate and popularize the vocational common sense of the library science in the internal and external industry in the future.
